KK Goh has been working in the corporate world for about 20 years in various capacities ranging from corporate planning, business continuity, human resource allocation, facility management, financial accounting and leadership training. With 20-year corporate experience under his belt, he decided in 2016 to follow his heart and pursue his passion for property investing full-time. Today, he is a professional property investor and a wealth coach who teaches people how to retire young and rich through successful property investing.

Mr Winston Lee is the Regional Head of Special Projects at PropertyGuru and a serial real estate investor and property market tracker. His portfolio includes residential, commercial and industrial properties in five countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, UK and Australia. He is also a regular speaker and moderator in property conferences and seminars.
Jeremy Williams
Jeremy Williams
Jeremy has two decades of international experience in the consumer internet and aviation industries. As Chief Business Officer of PropertyGuru Group, Jeremy leads the regional business growth initiatives, and has the Country Managers, sales, awards, events, operations and trade marketing teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia working with him. In October 2018, Jeremy led the successful consolidation of Vietnam’s number one property portal – Batdongsan.com.vn and continues to lead its integration into the Group.
Jeremy joined PropertyGuru in August 2017 as Chief Operating Officer and has been responsible for managing talent, strategic projects and driving operational efficiencies across the Group.
Prior to joining PropertyGuru, Jeremy was Group CFO of CarTrade.com, India’s leading auto classifieds company and was there for over seven years. During his time, the company raised US $230 million in institutional capital from leading investors such as Warburg Pincus and Temasek. Before this, he worked in the aviation industry in Sales, Finance and Business Development function.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University and an MBA from Cornell University.
Singapore is his home since last 2 years and previously he has lived in Australia, Indonesia, India and the United
States.

Alan Poon joins a list of luminaries in The Malaysia Book of Records by carving his name as “THE FIRST AUTHOR TO LAUNCH 3 BOOKS SIMULTANEOUSLY”, when he published his inaugural 3 practical books on real estate tenancy, “Good Tenant, Great Tenant Series”.
As Founder and CEO for SuperiorWealth Resources Sdn Bhd, Alan passionately conducts seminars and events for his corporate clientele and the general public. Alan’s achievement in the property market has also been recognized by the Malaysia Property Press Awards 2018, for “Outstanding Individual Award for Most Media Coverage Given to a Property Speaker”. Alan is presently the Assistant Producer for Malaysia’s 1st English Real Estate Talkshow by Bernama News Channel: The Property Hot Seat Programme.
