Dr. Alaric, a graduate in Law (UK) & Bachelors in Economics (UK) Holder is also a registered member of the Malaysian Institute Of Arbitrators, Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), Malaysian Institute Of Professional Property Managers (MIPPM), Royal Institute Of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and an avid Toastmaster.
With his In Depth knowledge of the Building & Common Property Act 2007, Strata Titles Act 1985 as well as the Strata Management Act 2013, Dr Alaric has been instrumental in advising numerous JMB’s or MC’s served by Benz & Carlton so as to ensure the JMC’s or MC’s operate within the ambit of the law.
Operating within the law is also a key requirement especially when it comes to organising Annual General Meetings. It is here that Dr Alaric assists the JMC/MC in organising and facilitating various AGM’s and EGM’s in compliance to the said laws.
He’s also been invited by the various agencies including COB DBKL, COB MPSJ, AG Chambers & KPKT to present talks on the maintenance and management of stratified properties as he’s the first of his kind who’s a lawyer and property manager, thus giving a fresh new practical perspective on the challenges and issues pertaining property management.

Holding bachelor’s degree in NUS Real Estate, Jason started his career as Head of Analyst with SRX Property, and led the formulation the SRX Price Index – the first and most influential private sector property price index in Singapore. He contributed numerous headline property stories when he moved on to take up journalist role with Lian He Zao Bao.
Now holding Associate Division Director position with ERA, Jason deliver his professional service through investment consulting. He handled transactions worth of more than $200 millions in the past 4 years. His investment opinions are often featured in newspapers and have been proven right.
Jason is a seasoned property investor himself, holding a portfolio of properties in both Singapore and Southeast Asian countries including Malaysia. He is well-versed in both residential as well as commercial properties.”

Through his experience and learning from many successful property millionaires, he has discovered the REAL Wealth Formula™ and has also trademarked his Strategic Property Investor Model™, which is the framework for his highly acclaimed workshops, seminars and talks.
Ahyat Ishak is an international speaker, active in the property investment speaking circuit, having spoken in the largest property events in the region. His articles and opinion on the property market is regularly published in newspapers, magazines, blogs and news portals. He also regularly appears on TV and radio, sharing his ideas and comments on the Malaysian property market. Ahyat Ishak has also received many invitations from developers for talks and also to consult on investor trends and learn of their new needs, especially young investors.
Academically, Ahyat Ishak has an IT Degree and MBA with the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia, specializing in Strategic Marketing. He also holds the CPT or Certified Professional Trainers with IPMA, UK. Professionally, he is an entrepreneur and is the executive director of his family’s group of companies, which he 1 st joined in the 90’s. This group has businesses ranging from services, technology, trading, food, agriculture and property investment.
