Agnes Wong
Agnes Wong graduated from Monash University, Melbourne Australia. Agnes is a Chartered Accountant, a Licensed Tax Consultant and Licensed GST Consultant. She holds membership under Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia and Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). She worked with one of the leading Public Accounting Firms before joining Syarikat Ong Group of Companies.
Currently, Agnes Wong is the Managing Partner of Syarikat Ong Group of Companies and personally involved in corporate registration and structure, corporate tax advisory and compliance as well as Goods and Services Tax (GST) implementation and consultation.
Throughout the past 10 years, in addition to managing the tax consultancy practice, she has conducted various seminars and workshops both to the public and to own clients and have spoken to over thousands of participants. Ms. Agnes Wong is also one of the frequently invited speaker at property talks and events hosted by developers. Her international speaking stint include being one of the panel speaker for Property Guru who showcase Malaysian Properties in Singapore

Allan Zhang
Allan Zhang
Allan is the Vice President of Business Development, Public Policy & Research of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, he is the deputy to the CEO to oversee the APREA’s advocacy, research, communications and operations of the association across the Asia Pacific.
Established in 2005, APREA is an industry association that represents and promotes the real estate asset class in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr Zhang assists the CEO to liaise with national governments and regulators across Asia Pacific region to promote real estate as an asset class and to champion the implementation of government policies that support the introduction of ‘state-of-the-art’ securitization platforms and efficient investment rules, preparing industry guidelines, toolkits and other supporting materials that help members operate their portfolios and assets at a world class level, including ESG and reporting KPIs.
Allan works with APREA chapters in China, India, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong to conduct effective business networking programs and to provide platforms for exploring cross-border investment opportunities.
Originally from China, he also takes the lead in working with the Chinese government policy- makers, regulators, local organisations, industry companies and investors to implement APREA’s advocacy priorities and business development programs in the PRC.
He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Singapore Management University, Singapore.

Wee graduated from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 1991 with a Bachelor in Surveying (Hons) (Property Management).
Upon graduation, he was attached to an international property consultancy firm for 5 years. He briefly joined
a public-listed property developer before jointly setting up Regroup Associates (Johor) Sdn Bhd [rebranded as CB Richard Ellis (Johor) Sdn Bhd] in 1997.
He set up Landserve (Johor) Sdn Bhd in June 2013.

Throughout his 22 years working experience, we has valued an extensive range of properties, which include shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, golf courses, township developments, quarries, oil palm estates etc.
Wee was also actively involved with real estate agency and consultancy, advising multi-national and overseas clients in their real estate needs in Johor State, as well as handling transactions involving mainly industrial and commercial properties.

Dan Toh
Dan Toh
Dan Toh started his career in the IT industry and over a period of 15 years he went from being an entrepreneur during the dot-com days of late 1990s to becoming the youngest Chief Technology Officer in Singapore at the tender age of 28 for a US-based consulting firm. His final stint in technology was with Sun Microsystem as a regional sales manager for Asia South. In 2005 he left the industry to pursue his passion in real estate investing and eventually started RunningStream International in 2007. In the decade that followed, Dan grew RunningStream into a unique boutique firm equipped with a proprietary methodology and a strong and passionate consulting team to assist investors across Asia with their global property portfolios. With presence across Singapore, Malaysia and China/HK in Asia, Dan is also key to starting several fully owned subsidiaries including Huon Developments – an Australian
based development firm and Ficus Capital Management – a property development capital amalgamation service firm.
