Sheldon is the Country Manager for the Malaysian branch of PropertyGuru Group, and is the principal representative for the Group in Malaysia. He is responsible for leading the company’s sales and B2B strategy, driving strategic business deals, and cultivating relationships with key industry partners in Malaysia. He leads a team of more than 100 Gurus, including internal and external marketing and field sales representatives, servicing real estate developers, agencies and agents.

Sheldon is a versatile sales professional and an ardent advocate for online, with over 14 years of experience in digital marketing and sales leadership. He has a strong track record of delivering results, execution excellence and improving efficiency, while also driving high employee and customer satisfaction scores for organisations across Asia.

Previously, Sheldon was with JobsDB, a leading online employment marketplace in Asia. He held the position of General Manager at JobsDB Malaysia before being promoted to Managing Director at JobsDB Singapore in 2014. Prior to JobsDB, he held various sales and general management roles in Marcus Evans, Adecco and Nextel Communications.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting, with a Minor in Marketing, from Olympia College.

Mr. Siew Weng Hong is a registered valuer (V-505), an auctioneer and a licensed estate agent (E-1495). Currently a Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia Group, he holds a Bachelor Degree in Valuation & Property Management.  He is a member of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia, Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents and Business Valuers Association Malaysia.  Mr Siew has over twenty years of professional experience in matters relating to the real estate industry.  He has exposure in the valuation of oil palm estates, golf courses, poultry farms, quarries, hotels, development lands as well as plant and machinery. His work has brought him to countries such as China, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.

He has conducted valuations for taxation, balance sheet, mergers and takeovers, insurance, private acquisition and disposal purposes. He has also been appointed on many occasions to act as Court Assessor in the High Court of Malaya where he has advised in land acquisition cases for compensation payable.

Amy joined Savills in 2010, and leads the Malaysian Research & Consultancy team based out of the Kuala Lumpur office.

She started her real estate career in 2002, with a focus on corporate valuations. Her keen interest in property development motivated her to work on research and consulting assignments, which ranged from master planning development consultancies to highest-and-best use studies and investment advisory services.

In between her Savills tenure, Amy did a year’s stint in one of Malaysia’s top property developers, where she led strategic research and planning initiatives in driving senior management decisions. This has given her a keen understanding of clients’ needs and allowed her deep insight into developing empathetic solutions in her consulting assignments.
