Dr Lee Nai Jia

Dr Lee Nai Jia is the Head of Real Estate Intelligence, Data and Software Solutions with PropertyGuru Group.

Before joining PropertyGuru, he was the Deputy Director of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS). He also actively participates in both academic and applied research projects at the Institute. Nai Jia provides opinions and commentaries on housing and urban policies, and he is often consulted by Singapore Government Agencies, developers and banks on market trends and policy impact. Besides commenting on market trends, he also researched housing affordability measures, food security feasibility, and ESG trends.

Prior to joining the private sector, Nai Jia was with the National University of Singapore as an academic after graduating from his PhD Programme in MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning.
