Faezah Ayub
Ms Faezah Ayub is a committed urban planner currently serving as General Manager of Business Development in the Tropicana Southern Region. With ten years of experience in government agencies such as Iskandar Regional Development Authority, and Think City, a subsidiary of Khazanah Berhad, her expertise include providing an urban policy solution for the development to integrate well with the economic, cultural, social and environmental. Before joining Tropicana, Ms Faezah also served as Special Officer to the Chief Minister of Johor. She was well-versed in implementing government budgets and policies to improve the economic situation during and after the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Striking a balance between her experience in the government sector and her responsibility in shaping the business development for the southern region, she focuses on positioning Tropicana projects such as Lido Waterfront Boulevard, Tropicana Industrial Park and other upcoming launches not only in Malaysia but also on the international platform. She always believes that a close partnership between the Public and Private sectors would lay a solid foundation for economic growth and Nation development.
Prem Narula
Prem Narula
Prem Narula has nearly 20 years of experience in Thailand’s luxury residential sector. Prem horned his skills in CBRE Thailand where he moved up through the ranks to be a senior manager. In consideration of his ability to deliver exceptional and consistent sales results at CBRE Thailand, Prem was entrusted to manage the company’s top tier projects. Following his success working for a real estate consultancy, Prem joined Singha Estate, a listed Bangkok residential property developer, to lead its residential sales unit. At Singha Estate Prem was involved with restructuring the sales department which proved timely in handling a downturn in the Bangkok property market and the impact of US-China trade war.

Kevin Ren
Kevin Ren is the Co-founder of Consensus Lab, founder of MetaEstate and CGV FoF Asia Partner. He is also an early investor in well-known projects such as FTX, Republic, CasperLabs, AlchemyPay, the Graph, Bitkeep, Pocket, Powerpool, and Cointelegraph Chinese. Master of computer science and Peking University MBA. He has worked as a partner in many VC institutions, such as Linekong Capital and Cathay Capital.

Winson Chan (Khun Win) is a real estate veteran of 14 years in both the Singapore and Thai Property Market. Mostly Based in Bangkok, Thailand for the past 5 years, Win Chan is the marketing director of 88property.com, a property management and brokerage firm agency predominantly focusing on foreigners and leads a small team of english speaking staff and agents. 88property.com currently manages Bangkok properties owned by investors from Singapore, Malaysia, China & Hong Kong and ensures they have a healthy ROI as well as a hassle free, hands-off investment experience.
