Justin Sirias Chan is a property expert in Thailand with 20 years of experience. After a successful stint in regional project marketing, he was headhunted by CMC Group before establishing Trillion Property Thailand in 2014 that sold popular projects like Park 24 Sukhumvit, 15 Sukhumvit Residences and Up Ekamai. Justin currently runs Propnamics Co., Ltd specializing in sales and marketing for local developers and managing property units. His expertise has helped many clients succeed in the competitive Thai property market.

Ryan Khoo
Ryan Khoo is a public speaker, author, licensed real estate salesperson and serial entrepreneur. He has invested in both Singapore and Malaysia real estate since 2007. Today he is on a mission to support people who are keen to take their first step into property investment and runs various free property education channels on YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.
His book, “What’s the Big Deal with Iskandar Malaysia” was a top seller on MPH Bookstores in 2013.

Daisy Ong Danker, with 20+ years of banking industry experience in key management positions, is an active member of the MM2H association as Deputy President in MM2HCA. Her company is authorized by MOTAC to provide One Stop Center services for eligible foreigners under Malaysia My Second Home. She actively collaborates with Strategic Partners to promote Malaysia, particularly during Iskandar Development’s launch. Daisy’s networking with industry players, including properties, banking, insurance, international schools, and other businesses, strengthens her contributions to Malaysia’s tourism industry promotion.
