Ikhram is a blogger, property enthusiast and author of The Ultimate Guide to Buying Property.
Ikhram’s key strength is his ability to provide new perspectives on the property market which has featured in almost every major publication on property.
In 2015 he entered the vacation rentals business bringing with him strong knowledge of property markets. In less than 3 years, he was recognized by the Asian Property Review as one of the most experienced and successful AirBnB hosts in Malaysia.

Kevinder graduated with a Bachelor of Science (HONS) for Pure Chemistry at UTAR, Malaysia. He started his career in the performing arts industry, specifically the choir industry as a manager, singer, dancer & musical actor. He was thereafter headhunted to work in Ireland, where he was awarded a full scholarship to study Masters of Management & Marketing in the Youth Arts Industry there. In 2015, he returned to Malaysia to work at Resorts World Genting, taking up the responsibility of the transformation of Genting, namely the GITP programme. Kevin is currently working at Sunway Iskandar (Nature’s Capital City), and has taken up the mantle of handling multiple departments such as their business corporations, developments, innovations, building communities, and marketing relations.

Khalil Adis was the former editor of Property Report and has written for PropertyGuru, Yahoo! Singapore/Malaysia, The Malay Mail, Berita Harian, Real Estate Malaysia, Property Buyer and The Star, among others. Renowned for his independent views and insights on the property market, Khalil is a highly sought-after speaker in Malaysia and Singapore. He has given talks at various expos and at property launches. He is also on the judging panel of the South East Asia Property Awards (Malaysia). He has written two bestselling books – Get It Right Iskandar and Property Buying for Gen Y.
Beyond just a brand, Khalil has established his own consultancy firm called Khalil Adis Consultancy. Established in 2013, the firm presents a myriad of services which include property and market research, due diligence, editorial, content management, public relations and speaking engagements in the property market.
