Dr Lee Nai Jia
Dr Lee Nai Jia
Dr Lee Nai Jia is the Head of Real Estate Data Intelligence, Data and Software Solutions, PropertyGuru Group. Before joining PropertyGuru, he was the Deputy Director of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS). He also actively participates in both academic and applied research projects at the Institute. He provides opinions and commentaries on housing and urban policies, and he is often consulted by Singapore Government Agencies, developers and banks on market trends and policy impact. Besides commenting on market trends, he also researched housing affordability measures, food security feasibility, and ESG trends. Prior to joining the private sector, he was with the National University of Singapore as an academic after graduating from his Phd Programme in MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning.”
Paul Wee is the Vice President of PropertyGuru Finance. He is responsible for leading the Group’s mortgage marketplace, PropertyGuru Finance, which aims to offer property seekers a friction-free home financing journey. He also manages the mortgage brokerage P&L towards high-pace growth and strives to drive continuous improvement in the products and services delivered. Since joining
PropertyGuru, Paul has helped shape PropertyGuru’s Financial Technology (FinTech) roadmap and the enablement of a highly tech-enabled advisory operating model. The Fintech team is consistently working on developing more tools such as Affordability Calculator and SmartRefi to help simplify the home ownership and refinancing process for users.
Paul brings with him two decades of experience in Singapore’s banking industry, having worked in financial institutions like ANZ Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, the Development Bank of Singapore, and Citibank, focusing on sales.

Sze Teck graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, followed by master’s in estate management. He graduated with distinction, winning the top student for his cohort, the SISV Gold medal and the prestigious Lee Kwan Yew Gold medal awards!
Since graduation, Sze Teck has garnered broad experience with both government-linked and private organizations including Colliers, JTC, Surbana. He was also engaged as an Expert Panelist For Our Singapore Conversation On Housing In 2013.
Sze Teck is now a much-sought analyst & trainer who covers the residential, industrial and office markets in Singapore. He has carried out feasibility studies, market studies, rental studies, development concept studies for developers, funds and companies looking to invest in the property market. He has also published quarterly reports on Singapore and the Asia Pacific region and topical papers on the Singapore property market which were covered extensively by Business Times, Straits Times, Zaobao and Today.
Currently, Sze Teck heads the research team in Huttons, supporting the project marketing team and engaging the media with his thoughtful insights on the Singapore property market.
His views and insights are often quoted in Business Times, Straits Times, Zaobao, Today, PropertyGuru, EdgeProp, Singapore Business Review and ChannelNewsAsia too!
With a BSC Management (Hon) from University Of London and 15 years experience in real estate, Associate Sr. District Director Benedict Choo is both a leader and a lead IC in Huttons Asia Pte Ltd.
During his 12 years with Huttons, Benedict wore many hats including that of a top producer, top tagger, trainer and most significantly, one of the top international and local project IC; leading Huttons in the sell-out many projects including various Thailand projects and local projects like The Alps Residences, The Santorini, The Tapestry, The Jovell, Haus On Handy, The Iveria, The Avenir. At present he is also the lead IC of Midtown Bay & Modern, Meyer Mansion, Sky Everton and One Bernam.
At present, Benedict’s focus is on the prime and CBD area, offering not just his clients but also his fellow colleagues direct insights of various projects in the prime and CBD area.
