Daniel joined the real estate industry after graduating with a degree in Applied Mathematics from National University of Singapore (NUS). With 10 years of experience in the trade, Daniel’s passion has since seen him through this decade-long career of successful real estate consultancy.
For the past 8 years, Daniel has been a consistent contributor to project sales. His analytical acumen to spot favourable projects, has put him at the company’s forefront as a top producer year-on-year.
Daniel is also a pioneer trainer in SRI, engaging minds of both experienced and novice realtors to ensure they achieve their goals and beyond.
Daniel is currently holding the position of Project In-Charge for multiple projects, and is focused in imparting his project knowledge and skills to fellow SRI Elites.

Ken Low
Ken Low joined the real estate industry after graduating from the National University of Singapore, and has more than 11 years of experience in this trade.
In the past 8 years, he has been a key figure in the new homes scene, having worked closely with many renowned developers and successfully led numerous high-profile launches, such as J Gateway, Lakeville, Lake Grande, North Park Residences, High Park Residences, Hundred Palms Residences, Riverfront Residences and many more.
Ken is also a popular property seminar speaker in Singapore because of his ability to analyse deep into the Master Plan of Singapore, and piece together news and trends to successfully uncover potential in many areas.

Chin Chin has garnered more than 24 years of experience as a practising lawyer in Singapore. She started her career under the training of Mr Michael Khoo SC and the mentorship of her father, Mr Lie Kee Pong. Patrick Tan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fortis Law Corporation. His areas of practice include commercial litigation and arbitration, wealth management, and private client matters. Patrick is the appointed Legal Advisor of the Singapore Estate Agents Association and an approved CPD trainer by the Council of Estate Agencies. He is a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, as well as an accredited Associate Mediator, appointed by the Singapore Mediation Centre and the Primary Dispute Resolution Centre of the State Courts of Singapore.
